The Gallery Inn
Your host Nancy Donskoj welcomes you to The Gallery Inn and historic Kingston NY. The former gallery space was artfully converted to a spacious one bedroom apartment suite in 2011. Its 20 year history as an art gallery is still maintained as we feature art throughout the apartment from Hudson Valley artists. You will find all the comforts of home as well as offering all the modern day conveniences. I would love to have you visit soon! |
Rondout Inn
When Larry and I were working corporate jobs, we would take a B & B vacation every summer. It gave us time to chill out, meet interesting people and visit three to four B&Bs. Many of them left lasting impressions. So when we opened our own B & B, we incorporated a lot of personal touches- from handmade soap in the bathroom, coffee, tea AND hot chocolate in the kitchen, books and games for rainy days, curated binders of brochures and hiking maps as well as a decanter of sherry for a night cap. |
Forsyth B&B
Located in the heart of the historic Rondout neighborhood, the Forsyth is Kingston's first boutique B&B. Our beautifully designed, chic and comfortable rooms feature historic details and modern conveniences, and each has a private bath. Your stay comes with a seasonal, refined three-course breakfast recognized by Hudson Valley Magazine as the "best b&b breakfast in the Hudson Valley." Our newly restored barn can seat 60 for special events and the property sleeps up to 18 for private rentals. TripAdvisor's #1 b&b in Kingston, and recommended in Vogue, Business Insider and Du Jour. |
Schwartz's Inn
The beautiful Schwartz’s Inn, located in historic uptown Kingston is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, music, art, distinctive shopping, Farmer’s Market, and history including the site of New York states first Senate House. In 1917, the property that is now Schwartz’s Inn was purchased by my maternal grandparents Ida & Harry Schwartz and has remained in the family for over 100 years. The downstairs of this property became my grandparents tailor shop, restaurant, and pawn shop. My father Frank, opened Frank’s Sport & Ski Shop following his army discharge from World War II. The ground floor is now my optometric practice. The upstairs space where my family once resided is now Schwartz’s Inn managed by Barbara. We are proud to continue the tradition of being the 3rd generation to maintain this property. May the Schwartz Be with You! |
The DeMew House
After fulfilling the demands of my teaching career and raising a family, I had the opportunity to do the thing I always wanted – to embrace my passion for interior design. Kingston’s beauty and new-found popularity provided the place to reconfigure our properties in Historic Rondout to suit the desires of the discerning traveler. A natural extension is hospitality, rooted deep in the family history of both myself and my husband. It has been our great pleasure in greeting our guests and in extending them all the comforts of home at DeMew House and DeMew Townhouse. |
Rondout Suite
Jeff and I were both born and raised in Kingston. We love our area, and when the opportunity came along to open up a apartment in our building, we decided to go for it. We live on the top 2 floors and our apartment is on the ground floor. Our guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower, separate bedroom, free WIFI and many other amenities to make our guest feel at home and comfortable. Our place is steps away from the Historic Rondout Waterfront. It is here that you will find fantastic restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and other point' s of interest. We love our area, with it's mountains, hiking trails, lakes and rivers and so much more. Once you visit we are sure you will return. |
